Housing Options:

On-Campus Housing

On-campus housing is available for a cost of $50 per night for single rooms. This cost includes:

• Private room suites, non-air-conditioned with private bathroom
• Front Desk assistance weekdays 9am – 8pm & Weekends 12am – 7pm
• Free Ethernet hookup, MUST bring Ethernet cable and Ethernet card

At the lower level of the dormitory, a kitchenette that includes a refrigerator and cooking facilities

available for your use, free of charge; please note however that dormitories are not air conditioned.

If you would like to reserve on-campus housing, please complete the housing request information on your online application. All housing reservations must be made at least one week before arrival. 

Cancellation Fee:  There is a $50 cancellation fee for any reservation that is not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance of expected arrival date.

Alternative Housing Options

If you prefer, off campus housing is also available, with the city of Ann Arbor having a number

of hotels in the area. Please look at the following website for more information: http://www.annarbor.org

Parking Options:

Parking at Baits Residence Hall (must be purchased at hall check-in - credit card only)

Within walking distance to the Moore Music Building, Walgreen Drama Center and Stearns.

Hours of Enforcement:	6 am – 5 pm (Monday – Friday, not including holidays)
Residence Hall Parking Permit:	$7.00 / day (parking at Residence Hall ONLY - housing reservation required)

Parking at the Moore Music Building Blue Lot (may be purchased when applying online)

Hours of Enforcement:	6am – 5 pm (Monday – Friday, not including holidays)
Daily Blue Parking Permit:	$10.00 / day (parking at  ANY blue lot – including Stearns)
Meters:	$1.20 / hour (credit cards or cash accepted)

Parking at the Walgreen Drama Center/Pierpont Commons Blue Lot (may be purchased when applying online)

Hours of Enforcement:	6am – 5 pm (Monday – Saturday, not including holidays)
Daily Blue Parking Permit:	$10.00 / day (parking at  ANY blue lot – including Stearns)
Meters:	$1.20 / hour (credit cards or cash accepted)
