BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
This is a teaching workshop for instrumental music educators/conductors of all levels
(K-12 through University) with sessions on:
- Conducting
- Marching band
- Rehearsal techniques
- Jazz ensemble
- Repertoire
- Curriculum in beginning, middle, & high school band
- Pedagogy
GRADUATE CREDIT:
Graduate credit is available. Energize Worksop may be taken for 2 credits (graduate level) through the University of Michigan, School of Music, Theatre & Dance and transferred to another institution's graduate program.
Continuing Education Units:
This workshop has been approved by the State of Michigan to offer SB-CEU’s.
