Tuition and Expenses

For a statement of current tuition and expenses, visit the Office of Financial Aid website.

Note that a distinction is made between those students who are regarded as Michigan residents and those who are not. The official residence regulations are included with the School of Music application for admission.

Tuition and fees are subject to change without notice at any time by the Regents of the University. Tuition at the University of Michigan need not be paid in advance but may be paid in equal installments on the last days of September, October, January, and February.
