DEGREE PROGRAMS  

Master of Music in Performance: Harpsichord

Prerequisites for Admission

A bachelor's degree in harpsichord or a bachelor's degree in piano or organ with extensive work in harpsichord.

Curriculum

  • Fourteen hours of performance instruction in harpsichord and a minimum of two terms of participation in the Early Music Ensemble

  • Ten hours of composition, musicology, and/or music theory beyond the undergraduate requirements

  • Electives to complete a total of thirty-two hours

  • Presentation of a recital
