Organ and Church Music Study for Non-Majors
Organ study is available for all students enrolled in the University of Michigan with current piano proficiency at the level of Bach Two-Part Inventions or the equivalent. Students may elect Organ for 2 credit hours (a 30-minute lesson weekly) or 4 credit hours (a 60-minute lesson weekly). The organ studios are separate outside entrances off the main circular drive of the Moore Building on North Campus. To request organ lessons, fill out the online Individual Studio Assignment form.
Non-majors are also welcome in Church Music classes. Available classes are listed in the Church Music Division in the Schedule of Classes. For more information, contact Prof. Michele Johns: firstname.lastname@example.org.
