AUDITIONS & INTERVIEWS

School of Music, Theatre & Dance Graduate Requirements and Dates

Requirements for all programs.

Prepare at least fifteen minutes of music including:

1. A major work of J. S. Bach (e.g., a prelude and fugue, trio sonata, large chorale prelude, or equivalent)
2. A composition of the Romantic period
3. A 20th-Century piece

Memorization is recommended if you are applying for admission in organ performance. Memorization of the audition repertoire is optional if you are applying in Church Music.
