The Hall of Fame Award (formerly Citation of Merit) was established to recognize and honor individuals who have made outstanding contributions to society, their profession, the U-M School of Music, Theatre & Dance, or one of its units, or to the School of Music, Theatre & Dance Alumni Society.
Recipients for 2009 have been selected. We invite your nomination for the 2010 Hall of Fame Award winners. This award has been presented annually since 1977. Nominees may be an alumnus/a of the School of Music, Theatre & Dance, present or former faculty members, or a person who has given unselfish service to the School of Music, Theatre & Dance.
To make your 2010 Hall of Fame nominations, please send a one-page biographic summary with the following information:
- Name of candidate
- Candidate's address and telephone
- Educational background of candidate
- Current occupation
- Candidate's professional activities
- Awards received by the candidate
- Candidate's contributions to the field of music and/or to the School of Music, Theatre & Dance which qualify him or her for recognition
- Your name, daytime telephone, address
