MPulse Summer Youth Programs Spring to Life

Talented high school students from around the country will arrive on North Campus in the coming weeks, with all of their youthful energy intact. Why are they here? For the annual MPulse summer intensive workshops, offered by the School of Music, Theatre & Dance in disciplines as far-ranging as percussion, performing arts technology, musical theater, woodwinds, dance, harp, theatre & drama, and vocal arts.

The halls of the E.V. Moore Building will be alive with activity during the day. Most workshops run for two weeks; the musical theatre intensive runs for three. In the evening, students repair to North Campus Residence Halls, exhausted but full of enthusiasm and new skills.

“The time you spend during the workshop is priceless,” commented one student from a previous summer.
