Jazz at U-M Museum of Art

July 2010

If you’re coming to the Ann Arbor Art Fair (July 21-24), you might want to cap off your day with a program of jazz at the U-M Museum of Art on Wednesday, July 21, 8:00 p.m. in the museum’s Commons. Curated by the School’s Adam Unsworth, professor of horn, the program will feature Ann Arbor drummer Pete Siers leading a trio of clarinet, keyboards, and drums, performing Gene Krupa Trio arrangements. A perfect way to relax after a day in the hot sun, in a cool, beautiful environment. The concert is free of charge thanks to the Katherine Tuck Endowment. The third and final concert in this summer series is Wednesday, August 18, with the Sean Dobbins Trio.
